Job Description:
The responsibility of the SE is to design software that interface with GOTS and COTS tools, applications, and utilities. Other duties include development of new products from sparse requirements ranging from interfacing with complex systems to web-based query and reporting mechanisms.
The successful candidate will need to possess knowledge of Information Security Systems (ISS), Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) security standards, Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002 (FISMA), and be familiar with procedures for handling any data that interacts with any systems within the SE’s domain.
Education and Requirements:
A four year college degree in computer science or related field and five years software development experience for production systems.

Ten years of experience developing software in a production environment in lieu of the college requirement.
Experience:
- Development of systems, policies, databases, and user interfaces

Job Description:
Lead moderately complex network projects or phases of a large project. This individual shall coordinate work activities for a small group of technical/professional employees, and manage a moderately large, complex function.
The candidate shall provide technical guidance and leadership; and determine deliverable and work schedules as appropriate. This person will be in a leadership position as the contractor’s representative to the customer’s technical personnel while leading contractor’s network requirements analysis activities. The candidate will handle the contractor’s maintenance and/or upgrades to the customer’s network operations.
The Senior Network Administrator shall have demonstrated past performance of leading teams of personnel with Network Administrator skills and possess senior level engineering knowledge in design, documentation and implementation of all Network Administrator skillsets.
Education and Requirements:
BS in Information Systems Technology, CS, CE, or related field with 6 years of experience managing IP networks in a production environment or 10 years of experience in the areas described below.
A relevant industry certification, such as COMPTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA)
Experience:
- Ability to design, build, and maintain physical and virtual networking devices, to include Cloud / Hybrid Cloud solutions, encryption (preferably Taclanes), firewall devices and rules, and networking Layer 2 and 3 devices and configurations,
- Research, evaluate, test, recommend, integrate, deploy, and install network equipment and solutions to meet new objectives and requirements. Examples include Quality of Service policies, advancement of storage technologies, etc.
- Confer with and advise management, engineers, senior network administrators, and system administrators on capabilities and enhancements
- Develop automated methods to deploy network equipment such as switches and firewalls with consistent results using applicable technologies.
- Conduct reverse engineering of networks, produce documentation and explain results / propose potential areas of improvement.
Preferred Experience:
- Quality of Service (QoS) policies
- SMB protocols to allow advancement of storage technologies
- Configure and validate RDMA technology usage
- Experience with cloud and / or hybrid networking integration and ongoing operations.

Job Description:
The SSA shall plan, lead and, if necessary, conduct many different activities such as:
- Site surveys to gather information regarding specific systems / networks. With the information gathered, the SSA will produce a complete delineation of products and services, support equipment, computer, and electronic equipment installations required for the site to fully support mission operations.
- Regular, special, and integrated system test programs including integrated equipment system test
- On the job training to government and junior contractor personnel, as required.
- Coordination with field engineers to ensure government systems are operating at maximum efficiency.
This position will involve the generation and presentation of special reports that contain actionable information, which is pertinent to individual site operations.
Finally, the SSA shall support the unit with other duties as assigned within the scope of work, and maintain systems currently deployed by the organization to include but not limited to:
- Skype for Business Server and client installations
- SQL Server
- SharePoint Server
- Exchange
- Azure Stack
- System Center
Education and Requirements:
Four (4) year college degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with six (6) years of work experience building, managing and maintaining IT systems in a production environment or, in lieu of education requirements, ten (10) years of experience in the items listed below.
Experience:
Systems/Equipment installation, implementation, maintenance, and validation of installation of components including, but not limited to:
- Microsoft Hyper-V Manager including installation and management of systems and virtualization sub-systems
- Microsoft’s System Center monitoring components/methods
- Mass storage arrays and servers
- Dell OpenManage essentials
- Support a variety of networking, storage, virtualization, and other components that may span across multi-generational deployments
- Maintenance of on-premise cloud (examples: Azure, AWS, OpenStack) infrastructure systems
- Add, configure, and manage Roles and Features on Microsoft Server (current Version) including but not limited to:
- DHCP and DNS servers
- File, storage services, and print / document Services
- Windows Server Update services
- Remote server administration tools
Configuration and monitoring activities including systems / servers using:
- Remote Server Administrative Tools (RSAT)
- Windows Admin Center
- Failover Cluster Manager tools
Candidate will be familiar with scripting languages such as PowerShell to automate tedious, repetitive, and/or error prone tasks related to installation, configuration, and management of IT systems and services
The SSA will be required to evaluate the effectiveness of existing technologies on site and emerging technologies

Job Description:
Evaluate moderately complex networks to ensure network optimum performance. Solve moderately complex network problems.
The NA will conduct site surveys either alone or as a team member and use previous experience to configure and/or recommend the configuration of networks.
The NA shall perform research and evaluation of current network performance and recommend improvements using new technologies and methodologies. In the course of assessing the currency of customer based networks, the NA will apply the knowledge gained to produce actionable recommendations for changes that ensure that customer networks remain current with leading industry standards.
The NA shall demonstrate proficiency with communicating network architectures through the production of clear network diagrams.
The NA shall plan and conduct relevant feasibility studies and produces initial drafts of related technical standards.
Education and Requirements:
BS in Information Systems Technology, CS, CE, or related field with 4 years of experience managing IP networks in a production environment or 8 years of experience.
A relevant industry certification, such as COMPTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA)
Experience:
- Ability to configure and manage products from various manufactures such as Netgear, Watchguard, etc.
- Maintain layer 2 and layer 3 devices and policies
- Develop automated methods to deploy network equipment such as switches and firewalls with consistent results using applicable technologies.
- Physical activities such as installation of service terminals, cables, and support changes to the network
- Maintain network systems and equipment including evaluation and testing
